Corporate Profile:
Peak Group LLC, Real Estate Services is a full service commercial
real estate company formed by George Quinif. George has been
a licensed broker in the State
of Arizona since 1987 and has concentrated in commercial sales and development
primarily in the Southwest Valley of Metro Phoenix.
Development approval for commercial & residential projects is a long and
complex process. We have assisted in obtaining these approvals through Maricopa
County and most of the Southwest Valley municipalities, including the cities
of Phoenix, Tolleson, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Glendale and Surprise. Familiarity
with the people and the approval process enables us to bring a professional
approach to sales or development of real properties. Up to date market knowledge
allows us to track trends and position properties for the highest value.
Peak Group LLC offers a wide range of real estate services
including brokerage, consulting, entitlement and development
management. Our data systems and
network capabilities put us in contact with Sellers & Buyers of real estate on
a local, national and international level.
Participation in city, county and state organizations reflect
the leadership and support of Peak Group LLC. We are proud
